ATS (Advanced Technology Supplier, Inc., hereinafter referred to as ATS, we, us, or our) establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. ATS does not request sensitive information or unique identification information through the website inquiry form. Please do not include such information in free-text fields or attachments.

03Purposes of Processing

ATS processes personal information only for the following purposes:

  • To communicate with the person who submitted an inquiry and provide requested materials or follow-up support.

07Processing Entrustment and Overseas Transfer

As of the effective date of this Policy, ATS does not separately entrust the processing of website inquiry information to another business or transfer such information outside the Republic of Korea.

If entrusted processing or an overseas transfer becomes necessary, ATS will select and supervise the provider in accordance with applicable law and disclose the provider, entrusted work, destination country, transfer method and timing, items transferred, purpose, retention period, and refusal method before processing begins.

08Destruction of Personal Information

ATS identifies personal information eligible for destruction and destroys it after approval by the responsible privacy personnel. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.

If information must be retained after the original purpose has been achieved because of a legal requirement, ATS will store it separately and limit access to authorized personnel.

09Rights of Data Subjects

Subject to applicable law, a data subject may request access to, correction or deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal information. A legal representative may exercise these rights where permitted.
